As a DJ and social dancer, Israel believes that music is not only what inspires people to dance, but the glue that holds the tango ecosystem together. He has devoted countless hours toward refining the technical and artistic elements of his DJ-craft, and his improvisational style combines empathy with an intimate understanding of tango music to cultivate an atmosphere of freedom and enjoyment for all.

For over a decade and a half, Israel has provided support to various tango communities around the country through education and event organizing. As an instructor, he embraces a holistic view of tango, combining exercises in mindful connection, body training, musicality, artistic self-expression, and human warmth to nurture the growth of dancers who are equipped to contribute positively to their communities.
